I'm a sappy ass dork!

Last night Mike and I celebrated 8 months of dating. It's a pretty big deal - his longest relationship, and the longest I've been with somebody without breaking up the first time.

So we celebrated by spending 3 hours on the phone. I don't know how I have so much to say to one person. Actually, I don't. Well, I do, but it's not all interesting. I tell him about all the mundanities of my day. It helps that there are some very colorful characters in my research group, so wacky things tend to happen. But I also tell him about my workouts, and the food I'm cooking, and all that boring crap that nobody cares about. Except that he says he does. And the crazy part is that I actually believe him.

So that's really about all I have to say. I could go on, hell, I could go on forever about that boy. But I won't bore you all with the sappy ass details of my love life :-P
