Wow.... d-land let me update on the first try!!!

Anyway, I'm just killing time right now. I wrote the intro to my proposal (woo hoo!). I'm just waiting for Beckie to finish up what she's doing and we're going to hit the road. Yay, Myrtle Beach, here we come!!!! It should be a nice time :-).

Other than that, I didn't get the apartment (BOO). The other guy decided to take it, and since he wanted it immediately, he won. I totally understand. I'm sure I'll find a place. There were a ton available, and more become available as I go along. People like to move in the summer, I don't know why. The rules to the game are also a bit different than complex hunting. They usually don't go up for rent until they're ready to be rented, so you can take it right away. So I'm not worried. In fact, I look forward to dragging Mike around the neighborhood I'm looking at when he's here for the fourth ;-). I figure I want his input, since he'll hopefully see a good amount of it. I might have to bribe him with ice cream or something, but I guess that's no big deal :-P.

Anyway, I don't have much else to write about, so I guess I'll get started on another project for right now. I have another assignment for communications class, so I'll start working on that... or at least read it over a few more times so it can marinade. Or maybe I'll play some more apartment hunting games. I do really like such games :-P
